Who is the TTH Virtual Squad for?

The virtual squad is designed for the athlete who recognises there is much to gain from structured, consistent training, but wants to enhance their knowledge, optimise their training time and follow a proven training methodology.

This squad is ideal for the self-coached athlete who wants a little guidance but the flexibility to do their own thing or the athlete who is new to coaching and unsure of how it all works and wants to have their first experience of coaching.


What’s the cost?

TTH Virtual Squad is £27.50 per month on a rolling subscription basis, or £250 for a year.

– Access to the TTH coached athlete Facebook page. This means you can ask coaching questions and our team of coaches will get back to you through Facebook.

– Join our coached athlete monthly webinars live or watch them back in your own time.

– The option to add a coaching consultation as and when you want to go into more detail about a particular topic.
