Our Athlete Membership zone is full of information, resources, and content for all our athletes, serving as the gateway to exclusive offers and coaching packages.
You must purchase a membership option to engage with our coaches for any of our 1:1:1 packages and receive savings on consultations and accountability packages.
The membership also includes a free year-round training plan for Swimming, Cycling, Running, and Strength and Conditioning. These plans can be adjusted for novices, general-level athletes or long-course athletes.
You can do all of them or break it down by sport (e.g., just running!) or sign up for our coach-created or AI training plans with coaching support. This allows our athletes enormous flexibility to downgrade and upgrade as needed at any point in the year.

The Membership includes access to athlete workshops, webinars and a year-round training plan.
