TTH Run Clinics and Workshops

Tri Training Harder’s run clinics and workshops are held to help athletes build their running awareness and improve their running form. This session may include a video feedback session discussion with the group. The coach will look at how you run, advise on any imbalances or strength imbalances they identify as well as offer suggestions on drills and exercises to improve. They will take some time to work through the exercises to help you all improve your running mechanics.

After the session, you may receive an athlete report card to take your key points away with you and build your training around those tips and advice. The aim is to make you faster and less prone to injury!

You can also set up your own run clinic if you don’t see one local to you, so have a look at our coaches’ pages to learn where they are based, as this may help you work out what we can do. If there are multiple attendees, then we may need to check our coaching ratios and bring an additional coach.
