Tri Training Harder’s Webinars are for athletes who want to learn more about their sport. The topics are chosen by our team of professional coaches to align with the point in the season. Though the sessions are prescribed by the coaches, if you have a topic you would like to cover or would like our coaches to talk to your team or group, then please be in touch.

The topics can vary: running technique to psychology, female physiology to altitude training, bike aerodynamics, and strength and conditioning tips for the time-crushed athlete. Our coaches have had to pass through our Professional Endurance Coaching Pathway, so they are more than comfortable talking about a huge range of topics in quite a lot of detail.

Paid webinars are held via Zoom and will usually be available afterwards to watch On Demand.

Coached Athletes and athletes in our virtual squad can access all our webinars through their athlete log-in.
