The coaching package is powered by TriDot and uses AI and data from athletes since the early 2000s to tailor the training to your age, sex, and athletic experience. You can build your season’s race schedule through the app and completely individualise the training.
Athletes can set their availability on the app to ensure each week is created based on their typical availability. Moreover, if you miss a session, the training will update in the background to ensure you stay on track throughout the season.
You can connect your smart watches or sports watches and apps to deliver the training to your device each morning, ensuring the sessions are specific to you on the day.
