TTH Swim Clinics

Tri Training Harder’s swim clinics put you in front of our expert professional coaches and provide you with the simple feedback you need to improve your swimming. The group will be given general pointers initially. However, if there is the opportunity to do video analysis, we will take the time to go over your swimming stroke and help identify cues for improvement. As a group, we will cover the core principles of swimming fast as well as individualising feedback from how you swim. Thereafter they will work with you all on drills or exercises to help make a meaningful difference to help you improve.

We don’t follow a method or type-casts of swimmers; we look at you, your movements and identify the best path for you to improve your swimming based on your personal biomechanics.

After the session, you will receive an athlete report card to take your key points away with you and build your training around those tips and advice.

West Calder School, Edinburgh, UK

  • Coach Denise Tracey

  • Thursdays: 20:25-21:45

  • £20pp for the group session.

  • The focus is on a series of sessions to build on each session.

Abingdon School, Oxfordshire, UK – Tumble Turn Workshop

  • Coach Philip Hatzis

  • Sunday 23rd April – 15:00-16:00

  • £13.50pp for the group session.

  • The focus session is on tumble turn basics and how to improve your tumble turn.

  • Most of these sessions are organised ad hoc by the athlete. Contact us to set this up.

  • Fees will include the coaching time prices will range from £55-£110 for an hour depending on the coach doing the analysis, and there may well be additional fees for facility hire, travel etc, on top of that.
