Online Courses

Tri Training Harder operates online courses that are either live or On Demand.

The topics can vary on all aspects of triathlon: from nutrition to swim technique.

Paid courses are held via Zoom and will usually be available afterwards to watch On Demand. Links will be sent out to you at the point of booking and can be checked through our app hosted by Gym Catch. You can usually purchase all the sessions in one go or sign up for one of the sessions at a time.

If you sign up for the course, you will have access to the on-demand version of the course once it has been uploaded.

Current Course:

  • Performance Nutrition (August/September) – This is a 4-week group course diving into all aspects of nutrition, including eating for general health, fuelling to maximise performance and aid recovery, strategies to minimise the risk of injury and illness, and race day preparation and fuelling plans.
