TTH Transition Workshops

Tri Training Harder’s transition sessions are designed by our coaches to either fine-tune or develop transitions skills and confidence.

Our transitions sessions work on the basics of running with your bike, getting on and off your bike and cover the important rules of transitions too. They will typically end with some fun games or racing to put all the skills learned into practice under pressure.

Our professional coaches will be on hand to answer all your questions and help simplify this unique part of multisport racing.

Not everyone will choose to leap onto their bike like Zorro does to a horse, but there are always loads of tips to save minutes through transition practice. If you have never done a transition before, or if you are a seasoned triathlete, there are minutes to be gained by improving your transitions.
