COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated October 20205
These Competition Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the general rules that apply to all competitions, prize draws, giveaways, and promotions (“Competitions”) organised and operated by Tri Training Harder LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any specific rules or entry requirements published for an individual Competition.
1. ORGANISER
All Competitions are organised by Tri Training Harder LLP, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Cedar House, Abingdon Road, Tubney, Oxfordshire OX13 5QQ. Email: info@tritrainingharder.com | Telephone: +44 (0)1865 390 705.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or over from any country, unless otherwise specified in the Competition announcement. Employees of Tri Training Harder LLP, their families, agents, or any third party directly connected with the administration of the Competition are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Entries made automatically or via third parties are invalid.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Each Competition will clearly state the method of entry, any eligibility criteria, and the start and end dates for participation. Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be valid. No purchase is necessary to enter unless otherwise specified. If a purchase is required, an equivalent free-entry route will always be made available.
4. PRIZES
Each Competition will describe the prize(s) available. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The process for selecting and notifying winners will be described in the individual Competition details. Winners may be chosen at random or based on skill, depending on the Competition format. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry and must respond within a reasonable period to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to meet the eligibility criteria, or does not claim the prize in time, we reserve the right to select another winner or withdraw the prize.
6. PUBLICITY AND USE OF ENTRIES
By entering a Competition, participants agree that their name, image, or entry content (such as photos or written submissions) may be used for promotional purposes by Tri Training Harder LLP in any media, worldwide, without additional payment, provided this is lawful in their country of residence. Participants may withdraw consent for publicity use by contacting us in writing before the prize is awarded.
7. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected as part of any Competition will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for the administration of the Competition and lawful marketing communications where consent has been provided.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify anyone who breaches these Terms or attempts to interfere with the Competition process. We also reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any Competition if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it unavoidable. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted. By entering, you acknowledge that Competitions may be subject to the laws and regulations of your country of residence.
9. LIABILITY
Tri Training Harder LLP will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant resulting from entering a Competition or accepting a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with a Competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, participants resident outside the UK may also be entitled to the protection of mandatory consumer laws in their own country. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
