Since 2018, when we started measuring all of our athlete races, 52% of races resulted in a PB, 15% completed their first event, 40% stood on AG podiums, 22% stood on an overall race podium, and 9% of race results qualified athletes for a championship race.

At Tri Training Harder, we do more than write training plans. Our coaching philosophy stems from care, professionalism, and long-term athlete development. All our coaches complete our Professional Endurance Coaching Pathway and are trained to deliver support that balances empathy, science and experience. We take a 360-degree view of your life as an athlete, helping you progress sustainably, with a personalised coaching approach that adapts to your goals, training style and schedule. We aim to encourage a healthy, long-term, sustained improvement for athletes built on the foundations of health, hard training and adequate recovery. The goals then take care of themselves.

A fixed plan is a pre-designed programme, while a coach-created or AI plan is built specifically for you—considering your goals, experience, and life schedule.

Yes. You can either request a specific coach or we can recommend one based on your goals, personality, and preferences.

You can choose your level of commitment – monthly or annual. As long as you tell us before the start of the next billing cycle, we can fix it all for you, and you can log into your account and make changes whenever you want. Many of our athletes may opt for annual packages of the parts they know they want ot use and increase the parts throughout the season when they know they need them more (e.g. choose a weekly call contact over the racing season).
