Swim – 1610 Dorchester
Monday: 6:00–7:00am (Technique & Speed)
Wednesday: 6:00–7:00am (Endurance & Threshold)
Run – Thomas Hardye School Fields
Thursday: 6:15–7:15pm (Interval and Technique Session)
