Schedule

Swim – Abingdon School

Tuesday: 6:00–7:00am (Technique & Speed)

Thursday: 6:00–7:00am (Endurance & Threshold)

Run – Tilsley Park

Wednesday: 6:30–7:30pm (Track Session)
