I’ve trained with James for a year, going from sprint triathlons to being 70.3 ready. He’s patient, motivating, and knows how to push just the right amount. What stands out most is his focus on balance — fitting training around family and work. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
My ratings are measured as its early days, I'm still learning myself about the process and indeed still prob too early to say if it is improving my fitness in terms of the design of the sessions, but it is making me accountable to getting them done which is great. Also bear in mind I am completely naive to what good looks like... so learning myself how best to judge
