Our Training Plans
Our training plans are written and set through Training Peaks. You will need to set up a basic account (this is free) and then the plan will be set up on your account. The training plans are set to finish on the day of your race, so you just need to check out the plan and follow the sessions!
As these are generalised training plans, you can move the sessions around to fit your week. (e.g. if you don’t have pool access on that day).

Choose your race
Once you have found the race you want a plan for, click on the purchase button. You will be taken to our Training Peaks store where you can download your training plan onto your Training Peaks account. Once there, you will be able to upload the sessions to your watch, set your paces and zones to suit your ability (and change them as you get faster) as well as track your fitness and performance metrics. You can choose from our triathlon, swim, run, duathlon aqua-bike, and aquathlon training plans for all the different distances.
