Welcome with Philip Hatzis & Dr. Lucy Gossage

The TRIsolation show Live is a one-day virtual event, hosted and facilitated by Tri Training Harder, and will be live-streamed on Saturday May 9th, 2020.

In lieu of any charge to attend the show, we are inviting all attendees to make a donation to NHS Charities Together via the event Just Giving Page.

The event will take the format of an online conference, with a lineup of speakers including leading scientific experts within our field, top UK athletes and a host of other guests from the world of Triathlon.

Throughout the day, we have some great prizes to be won and all attendees will have the opportunity to join the conversation through our Q&A panels and polls.

Join Master Coach, Philip Hatzis at 10am where he’ll be kicking thing off with a very special guest, Lucy Gossage!

Dr. Lucy Gossage

Lucy Gossage is a recently retired professional triathlete and cancer doctor with fourteen Iron-distance triathlon wins to her name.

With little sporting background she entered her first triathlon as a dare while working as a junior doctor in 2006. Since then, to her surprise, she became one of the most successful professional long distance triathletes in the world.

She calls herself an ‘accidental pro’, is referred to by the triathlon press as the Duracell Bunny, and is renowned for her unique finish line celebrations, #doingalucy. 11 of her 14 Iron distance wins were achieved while working part-time as a doctor.

Alongside her day job, Lucy is passionate about the benefits of those living with and after cancer and has co-founded the national initiative 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer,
