Our coach-written training plans are built from scratch around your current fitness, target event(s), availability and personal preferences. You’ll get a personalised plan designed by a qualified TTH coach, tailored to your goals and delivered through your chosen platform.

  • Designed around your schedule, experience, and ambitions

  • Typically built in 4-5 week blocks

  • Integrated into your training platform (e.g. TrainingPeaks)

  • Some weekly adjustments as well to allow for changes in your plan

Athletes can choose to subscribe annually and receive 12 months of coaching for the price of 10. It's a great way to commit to your training journey while making long-term savings. Annual payment options are available for all coaching levels and services.

Understanding Coach Levels
At TTH, our coaches are grouped by experience, qualifications, and coaching impact—so you can choose the right level of support for your needs and budget. All of our coaches are highly trained through our internal Professional Endurance Coaching Pathway and bring genuine care to every athlete relationship. Here's what distinguishes each level:

  • TTH Coach – A qualified coach with a minimum of 2 years experience and Level 2 (or equivalent) certification. These internally developed coaches bring great enthusiasm, professionalism, and up-to-date coaching practices.

  • TTH Head Coach – Leaders among our coaching team, Head Coaches have at least 5 years of experience, Level 3 (or equivalent) certification, and a proven track record of helping athletes achieve high-performance outcomes.

  • TTH Senior Head Coach – Recognised as a mentor across the coaching team with a regional or national reputation. These coaches have a long-standing history of delivering results and consistently guiding athletes to success.

  • TTH Master Coach – With over 7 years of coaching experience and national recognition, Master Coaches are deeply experienced mentors who consistently deliver high-performance outcomes.

  • TTH Senior Master Coach – Our most experienced coaches, with 10+ years in the field, an abundance of proven results, published works, and thought leadership within the endurance coaching community.

Use our coach directory to explore individual profiles and see which level might suit you best. We will match athletes to the most appropriate coach based on the athlete’s needs, location and aims and ambitions. However, we can always move athletes around different coaches as the relationship must work for everyone.
