Triathlon Kit List

Using our wealth of experience competing in, organising and coaching at triathlons, we have put together a comprehensive kit list of what you need to bring with you when you’re racing in a triathlon. You may find it useful to download, print and use this check list for your next race. The items in red are mandatory items that should be with you or items you really don’t want to forget. You can use the lines to write down the quantity of a given item that you need to bring (e.g. 2 water bottles).

You may not need all the items on the list, and some items are just nice to have, but this should help ensure you have most things and don't forget the important ones!
